What can I ask for in the marketplace?
Shipping with someone travelling between Malaysia and your country, and local help like airport pickups, rides, delivery, someone to go with you to an appointment, or translation.
How do I respond to a request?
Open the request and tap the interest button. It takes you to the Guidlaysia app, where the person who posted it can see your profile and reply.
How are prices agreed?
Whoever posts the request sets a starting price, such as a price per kilo for shipping. The final amount is agreed between the two of you in the app.
Is it safe to ship with travellers?
Only send items that are legal to carry, pack them in front of the traveller, and choose people with good reviews. Travellers have the right to inspect anything they agree to carry.
