Multimedia University (MMU) is a government-linked private university established in 1996 by Telekom Malaysia, with campuses in Cyberjaya (Selangor) and Melaka. MMU was Malaysia's first private university and is a pioneer in digital and technology education. It specialises in IT, Engineering, Business, Creative Multimedia, and Management. MMU has over 18,000 students from 75+ countries and is ranked QS 601–650 globally.

Multimedia University (MMU) was established in 1996 by Telekom Malaysia as Malaysia's first private university, positioned within the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) in Cyberjaya. MMU has been at the forefront of technology and innovation education for nearly three decades.
