Just did a 3-day trip from KL: Day 1: Fly KL → Kuching (RM180 AirAsia), check into Basaga Holiday Residences (RM200/night, gorgeous colonial villa). Day 2: Bako National Park boat tour (RM100), saw proboscis monkeys 15 min in. Bring reef shoes. Day 3: Kuching waterfront, cat museum, Sarawak laksa at Chong Choon Cafe. Total RM950 all in for 3 days. Would 100% do again.
